How we help.
Others handle a piece of the plan.
We manage the whole process.
When you set out to protect land, you meet a lot of specialists. A lawyer drafts the documents. A broker moves the sale. A land trust holds and stewards the easement for the long term. Every piece matters, but what's missing is someone accountable for how they fit together.
That’s the role we play. We work out what you want, build the strategy, and see the work through until it's done.
Conservation is never easy. With us, one person is finally accountable for all of it.
How we work.
The process is about the same whether you’re a landowner, a county, an institution, or a donor.

1. We start by identifying your goals for the land.Item Link List Item 1
Most conservation help is organized around a specific transaction like a sale or an easement. That work matters, and it's what the specialists do best. But a transaction is the middle of the story, not the start of it. We start at the beginning. Before anyone talks about a transaction, we sit down and listen. What does this land, or this gift, mean to you? What do you want to happen?
-
2. We build a comprehensive strategy.Item Link List Item 2
We take what you want and turn it into a plan you can actually follow. We look at the property or the gift, the people involved, the timing, and the options on the table, then narrow it down to what makes sense for you. The strategy comes from what you want, not the other way around.
-
3.We coordinate the work.Item Link List Item 3
Once there’s a plan, we run it. We bring in the people who do the work, your lawyer, your CPA, a land trust, appraisers, agency contacts, and keep them pointed in the same direction. We plug into the team you already have and fill in the rest, so you take one meeting with us instead of chasing five people yourself.
-
4. We implement until project end.Item Link List Item 4
A strategy on a shelf doesn’t protect anything. We stay with the work through the transactions themselves, all the way to the point where the land’s future is secure, or your gift is matched to acres on the ground. When something shifts along the way, and it usually does, we adjust the plan and keep going.
